    After more than 20 years as a media executive, I transitioned to coaching to help individuals, families, and leaders navigate stress, trauma, and major life transitions.

    Earning my Master's in Clinical Psychology helped me understand transformation from the inside out.

    Today, I integrate Brainspotting, mindset coaching, meditation, and evidence-based wellness tools to help clients move forward with clarity and compassion.

    WHAT IS BRAINSPOTTING?

    A focused introduction to this powerful brain–body method.

    How It Works

    Where you look affects how you feel. Brainspotting uses eye position and focused attention to help your brain naturally process what's been "stuck." You don't need to share details if you don't want to. Developed out of EMDR, Brainspotting accesses subcortical brain areas where painful memories and distress can be held. While every client is different, Brainspotting may allow quicker progress than talk-only work. I also support clients who choose to work with a talk therapist for added support.

    What is a Brainspot?

    Sometimes our brain holds on to overwhelming experiences in ways that talking alone can't reach. A Brainspot is a point in your visual field that links to unprocessed experiences in the brain and body.

    What It Can Help

    Brainspotting has been used to support recovery after trauma; reduce anxiety, depression, phobias, grief; release performance blocks; and strengthen creativity and resilience.
